Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a Temporary Recruiter to join our team in our Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francsico, or Portlandoffices.
This is a temporary position lasting six months, with potential to convert to a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.
This position offers the flexibility to be fully remote while working within reasonable commuting distance from any of our listed offices.
This position is responsible for full-cycle recruiting professional staff, including sourcing, attracting and hiring external and internal employees to fill open positions. The Recruiter will partner closely with over 100 hiring managers in various departments including but not limited to accounting, finance, legal support, IT, human resources, and marketing. A successful recruiter will be a trusted talent advisor, develop and execute recruiting strategies, balance multiple searches simultaneously, use innovative sourcing tools and techniques, research and report out industry trends, leverage recruitment data to improve hiring processes and outcomes, and implement DEI best practices to ensure an equitable candidate experience.

Washington State
The hourly range for this position in Washington is $46.15 to $52,82. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate's education, training, experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Paid sick leave is accrued on a biweekly basis at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked.
Temporary employees working at least 30 hours per week may be eligible for health insurance with an optional HSA, dental insurance, vision care, telemedicine and virtual short term solution based counseling services, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
California
The hourly range for this position in Los Angeles is $45.64 to $52.31; and in San Francisco is $54.87 to $61.03. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Paid sick leave is accrued on a biweekly basis at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked.
