Work Schedule 15-20/hrs per week

Minimum Experience/Education
  • Bachelor's degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Department Required Skills

  • Ability to work independently, follow directions and perform tasks as assigned
  • Previous experience with Microsoft suites, e.g. word, excel, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage or assist in the management of projects
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work in a collaborative problem solving team

Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education

  • Previous experience working in research administration office
  • Knowledge of Excel, NCSU systems: WRS, RED, MyPack Portal
  • Experience managing contracts and grants, particularly those subject to OMB Circular A-21 and/or Uniform Guidance.

  • Valid driver's license
