Overview

At First Citizens Bank, our commitment to data integrity and governance is foundational to how we serve our clients and manage risk. We are seeking a Data Governance Training and Liaison Analyst to join our Enterprise Data Governance team. This role will play a key part in acting as a central coordination point between the Data Governance Policy & Standards team and the other Enterprise Data Governance teams to communicate necessary information related to data governance policy and standards.


Responsibilities

Coordinate the development and curation of data governance e-learning course content: Partner with subject matter experts to create e-learning modules; maintain version control library so all content stays aligned with the latest policy, standard, and procedure updates.

Publish finalized data governance e-learning courses to Articulate 360: Validate and format e-learning course files and coordinate upload into Learning Management System.

Coordination with other teams: Act as a single coordination point between the Data Governance Policy & Standards team and other Enterprise Data Governance teams for roadmap updates, implementation reporting, e-learning course updates, etc.

Create presentations: Create ad-hoc presentations for communicating the effectiveness of data governance to key stakeholders and management.


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in System Support or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in System Support or Analytics

Experience creating course content in Articulate 360

Experience creating polished presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint

Excellent critical thinking skills, ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems quickly and effectively

Ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders

Works well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
