Job Schedule & Pay

• Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (1st Shift)
• Pay Rate: $18.00 - $26.00/hour (Based on experience)
• Job Type: Full-Time, Direct-Hire Position

CNC Machinist Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you'll operate advanced CNC machinery and conventional machines to manufacture precision parts. Key duties include:

• Setting up and operating CNC milling machines and lathes
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Editing programs directly on the machine
• Performing quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
• Maintaining safety standards and contributing to continuous improvement
• Collaborating with team members and production staff to meet job specs and deadlines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience operating CNC machines
• 2+ years of experience with manual machining tools
• Skilled in blueprint reading and measurement tools
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs. and standing for extended periods
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machining issues
