Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for financial storytelling and data-driven insights? We're looking for a Finance Manager to join our Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. The Corporate FP&A Manager drives financial planning cycles for the company: budget, forecasts and monthly close. This role is also responsible for monthly internal financial reporting, understanding key drivers, and identifying risks and opportunities. In this role you will gain a perspective of company strategies, initiatives, and performance. You will partner with and support across all levels of the organization and have a tangible impact.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/RESULTS



  • Manage a team of Financial Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Responsible for execution of annual budget process for the company
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports, highlighting key trends, variances, and performance metrics
  • Drive improvements in our planning processes and advancements in the use of our planning tool
  • Finance business partner to assigned groups
  • Perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements



  • Education

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
    • Master's Degree, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) a plus


  • Experience

    • 8+ years of relevant finance, business, or analytical experience with progressive advancement
    • Experience leading/managing people a plus
    • Experience supporting cross functional teams





Knowledge / Technical Requirements



  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis tools (i.e. Oracle, Planful, Business Objects, Hyperion, PowerBI, etc.)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of complex data and summarize for audiences at all levels of the organization

  • Strong business acumen; knowledgeable of functional elements in order to influence, drive, and positively impact business results


The annual salary for this position is between $105,490 - 141,750 / year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
