People & Organisation Growth (P&OG) Consultant

The Opportunity

As a P&OG Consultant, you will work across all parts of the Roche organization, partnering with key business leaders,senior People & Culture (P&C) Business Partners and other P&OG internal consultants, to enable large-scale and complex change and transformation in service of the Roche 10-Year Ambitions and strategy.

You will design and deliver interventions grounded in Organization Development combining organization design, culture shaping, leadership team effectivenessand change & transformation expertise to improve team units and organizational performance focused on adding business value.You may be tagged to a particular part of the business or global functionsand/or particular area of OD expertise, ultimately using your experience, skills and expertise to work according to business need.

You will work both independently on interventions and participate in teams or squads to identify and deliver solutions to the business. Additionally, you will develop relationships and partner with colleagues outside of P&C such as those in transformation offices and other centers of Excellence.

Key Activities:

• Diagnose and systematically analyze the large and complex systems of your client organizations, including strategy, culture, leadership, capabilities, structures, processes, and networks

• Provide strategic leadership in your partnership with senior P&C business partners and business clients

• Develop and execute consulting interventions for organization, team, and individual effectiveness

Who You Are

• You have a master's degree or comparable qualification in Organizational Development, HumanResources, Organizational Psychology, Adult Learning or a related field and extensive andrelevant consulting, organization change, and business transformation experience in a globalorganization of similar size and complexity.

• Demonstrated experience and expertise in the design, delivery and facilitation of large-scale transformational change efforts and interventions in large, global organizations, including organization design, team effectiveness, coaching, cultural transformation, leadership effectiveness, and change management.

• Significant experience, working on global projects and demonstrating a global mindset

• Formal (or informal) leadership experience

Relocation benefits are not available for this posting

The expected salary range for this position base on the primary location of South San Francisco is $161,400 - $299,700.Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
