We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Analyst to join our dynamic and growing data analytics team. This role serves as a critical bridge between data engineering and advanced analytics, with a strong focus on onboarding new data sources, delivering high-quality analytical insights, and supporting clients with data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, business-savvy, and capable of independently leading analytics projects from data ingestion through to insight delivery. The Lead Data Analyst will play a key role in understanding clients' business objectives, translating those into data requirements, and transforming complex datasets into meaningful, actionable insights. This role requires deep expertise in accessing, manipulating, and analyzing data from both internal and external sources. In addition to delivering high-impact analysis, the Lead Data Analyst will mentor junior team members, fostering technical and professional growth to support their career development. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is$123,379.00-$202,694.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity. |
