Reviews and assembles the image medical records, both manually and electronically, of patients in an established department form.
Additional Job Description: The Film File Clerk in Diagnostic Services is responsible for managing medical imaging records. Primary duties include burning patient imaging studies to CDs, sending images to external facilities, and ensuring accurate and timely distribution of radiology data. The role also involves maintaining organized digital and physical files, assisting staff with image access, and handling confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Shift would be Thursday & Fridays 7:30am-4:00pm.
