Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $84,000.00/Yr. - USD $139,950.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.


Description

    Providing Subject Matter Expertise recommendations on testing requirements
  • Performing system level software testing to accurately validate operational readiness
  • Translating user requirements into tasks to execute as a member of the test team
  • Performing document reviews for technical accuracy
  • Identifying basic test and evaluation methodologies for new systems and system updates
  • Generating T&E planning, execution and reporting documentation
  • Working independently but collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide consulting and control design recommendations to reduce risk

Requirements

  • Must possess an active DoD TS/SCI clearance
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of Navy Shipboard Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) system operations, or equivalent experience is required
  • Shipboard systems may include, but are not limited to:
    • Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Increment E/F
    • Integrated Submarine Communications Receiving System (ISCRS)
    • Cryptologic Carry-On Program (CCOP) systems
  • Must be able to perform work within equipment spaces onboard U.S. Navy platforms
  • Strong writing and speaking skills; experience leading and working in a diverse group of coworkers and community of interest
  • Ability to follow configuration documentation and procedures is required


Desired Skills

  • SSEE Increment F NEC C21A
  • Completion of TST 102 Fundamentals of Test and Evaluation and TST 1100 Intro to Systems Engineering for Testers
  • Demonstrated experience with best test practices, including formal, requirements-based testing


Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL with CI POLY ELIGIBILITY



Travel Requirements

  • Travel may be required for this position (25%)
