Receptionist

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist visitors and clients
• Direct guests to the appropriate person or department
• Answer and route incoming calls professionally
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Provide accurate company info via phone, email, or in-person
• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
• Manage calendars, meetings, and conference room bookings
• Follow front office security procedures and monitor visitor access

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of receptionist or administrative experience
• Customer service background (at least 1 year)
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Degree in business or related field preferred
• Interest in obtaining a Property & Casualty License
