Promptly reports injuries for prompt diagnosis and treatment.3) Makes regular suggestions for safety process improvements to support continuous improvement in safety.

Essential Functions:



  • Ability to run any robot while producing quality parts at an efficient rate.
  • Ability to identify a problem with the robot and getting the right individuals involved.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area by following the clean-up schedule.
  • Must be able to use th4e computer software to clock in and out of work and in/out of jobs along with checking job count.


Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:



  • Graduation from high school or 18 years of age.
  • Passing score of 75% in the required sections of Welding Excellence.


Experience and Skills Required:

Other related mechanical and shop experience which includes the following skills and abilities:



  • Ability to understand the basic functions of the robot.
  • Ability to organize and run work in a timely and effective manner.
  • Strong working knowledge of the equipment, materials, methods, and practices used in production welding operation.
  • Strong working knowledge of related safety requirements to include proper use of safety equipment and proper safety precautions such as lights, guards, switches, etc.
  • Ability to understand, follow, and issue routine oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

Compensation Salary Range: OTC4: $19.21 - 26.88 per hour. The range for this position is being displayed in compliance with all state and local regulations. Salaries are set based on a number of factors to include an individual's job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. This means that no two candidates are alike. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. The range provided above does not include additional compensation such as bonus, health benefits, vacation, 401(K) match, etc.
