Overview

The David D. Reh School of Business at Clarkson University invites applications for a one-year open-rank Visiting Faculty Position in Organizational Studies to begin August 1, 2025. We seek a dynamic and engaging instructor to teach a range of undergraduate and graduate organizational studies courses. Areas of teaching include, but are not limited to: negotiations, organizational behavior, human resource management, strategic management, organizational change, team building, and leadership courses.

Responsibilities

The position carries a standard teaching load of three and a half courses per semester (seven total for the academic year). The selected candidate is also encouraged to engage in scholarly work that contributes to the teaching and practice of the various areas of organizational studies.



Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • An MBA is required, a Ph.D. in a related management field is preferred.
  • Preferred qualifications include demonstrated potential in collegiate teaching and relevant industry or research experience.
