Master Records Administrator

The H&S Family of Bakeries are a network of 10 bakeries and multiple distribution centers along the East Coast all committed to one thing: producing the best quality bread products. H&S Family of Bakeries includes Northeast Foods, H&S Bakery and Schmidt Baking Co. Together, our baked goods can be found in a wide range of establishments, from fast food and quick-service restaurants to cafeterias, hospitals, grocery stores and universities to name a few.

As the Master Records Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate master data across our ERP system. This includes overseeing the Master Data Mailbox and collaborating with teams across departments and facilities to ensure clean, consistent, and reliable data that supports key business operations.

In this role, you will:

• Input and maintain master data records - including customers, vendors, employees, ingredients, materials, finished goods across two ERP systems during an active system conversion.
• Review, process, and enter incoming utility bills for plants and depots.
• Create and manage data process flows and manufacturing data by facility.
• Analyze, cleanse, and ensure the consistency of data across departments and manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with the Sales department to provide analysis and reporting support for customer-specific reports and bid submissions.
• Handle physical mail as needed and enter relevant data into monthly trending spreadsheets.
• Generate and support ad hoc reports as requested.

Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., sorting, trend reports, data export/import, and VLOOKUPs).
• ERP system experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
