• Swap out filters and clean equipment in paint booths, prep stations, mix rooms & more

• Climb in (yes, literally!) to clear paint build-up from tunnels and booths - you'll get hands-on and see the results of your work

• Perform general maintenance to keep things running at peak performance

• Use power tools, testing equipment, and your own problem-solving skills

• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates to ensure safe and effective service

• A high school diploma or GED

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn - we'll train the right person!

• Comfort working in physically active roles and confined spaces

• A safety-first mindset and great attitude

• Maintenance or mechanical experience? That's a big plus!
