Student Success and Well-Being - Career Services Student Success and Well-Being Career Services provides comprehensive career services and programs to assist a variety of student population in developing and implementing career, education, and employment plans through collaborative internal partnerships with UCF administrators, faculty and staff, as well as effective external partnerships with key employers. The Opportunity: UCF's Student Success and Well-Being Career Services Department is currently accepting applications for an Assistant Director, Career Services. This role provides leadership, professional expertise, and direction in planning and executing career services events and functions. This position is responsible for coordinating major career expos, specialized events, career panels, conferences, receptions, and college-specific events, ensuring seamless execution and optimal engagement. The Assistant Director manages event logistics, supervises staff, and coordinates with the Associate Director to manage event budgets and ensure accurate financial tracking. This position/classification may be moved at management's discretion within the SSWB division to a commensurate level position as determined by the Vice President of Student Success and Well Being or his/her designee. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's and 4+ years of relevant experience or Masters degree and 2+ years of relevant experience with at least 1+ year(s) of leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla.
