Description

The Call Center Representative will handle day-to-day activities of the support team as well as other assigned duties. Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm during training, and 10:30 am to 7:00 pm after training is completed, with possible overtime.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will:



  • Support inbound calls, emails and chats from plan participants including defined benefits, defined contributions, and health and welfare.
  • Research account or plan specifications
  • Follow up on outstanding issues and escalations in a timely manner to ensure satisfactory resolution
  • Complete participant transactions as required using Internet applications, Automated Voice response system, or manual procedures as required



What We Are Looking For

Required Professional Qualifications



  • High school graduate or GED
  • Able to handle multiple priorities with success
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)


Preferred Professional Qualifications



  • Two years of administrative office experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in the use of computers and other general office equipment


Personal Qualifications



  • Works well within a team environment and takes ownership of personal work product
  • Proficiency in the use of computers and other general office equipment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to productively respond to change
  • Excellent organization and time management skills



Individual(s) must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman now or in the future.

Location

Candidates hired into this role will be required to work in-person in the Milliman office in Dallas, TX on a weekly basis, but flexible work arrangements [after a training period] will be considered. The expected application deadline for this job is August 29, 2025.

Compensation

The hourly pay for this role is $19 - $19.5 an hour, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc. This is a full-time, non-exempt overtime eligible role; overtime eligible after 40 hours of work.
