Position Purpose:

Develop and manage job specific education for Hospital Service team members via slide presentations, training guides, and SOPs. Assist with onboarding and support new hire Healthcare Specialists, Program Managers, Service Supervisors and Service Managers.

Key Job Activities:

* Manage training assignments in training tracker which includes a training summary and project due date.
* Delivery and schedule WebEx training calls with all pertinent team members.
* Manage training resources including, WebEx recordings, post training emails, FAQs,
* Maintain key distribution lists for Hospital Service field-based positions
* Develop clear and concise email communications supporting training topics
* Respond to all phone calls and emails from Hospital Service team members to provide answers/resolutions to questions and information needed to assist the team member
* Possess level of technology knowledge to enable you to utilize electronic technology to deliver and complete training resources, including but not limited to PowerPoint, word, excel, etc.
* Continuously study and maintain current competency regarding Stericycle's Hospital Service supported programs: IWSS, Rx Compliance, Haz, Sharps and CsRx.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service and other departments to develop cross departmental training resources and SOPs
* Manage Hospital Service Mentor calls. Maximize time and communication efforts by preparing an agenda for each call. Invite content matter experts as needed. Capture meeting minutes and share with team members and their managers post call. Leverage knowledge and experience from the mentors during the development of training materials
* Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Experience:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as an in person and remote trainer
* 3+ Years of Experience, as a Healthcare Specialist or equivalent regulatory experience pertaining to the EPA, DEA, FDA in Healthcare
* Must be able to guide Hospital Service team members on where to find answers to complex questions about Stericycle services
