Senior PEGA Developer (Planned Position)

MicroHealth is seeking a Senior PEGA Developer to support the implementation of PEGA Deployment Manager Platform and DevOps in general. This is a senior-level position requiring extensive experience in PEGA development and deployment management. The successful candidate will work in an agile environment, providing technical leadership and expertise in PEGA platform implementation and DevOps practices. Perform analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of computer software using PEGA platform. Design and code high-quality PEGA deliverables adhering to established standards and design principles. Follow PEGA coding standards for project use including code reuse from other applications, avoiding customization, design consideration, application naming convention, class structure definition, naming rules, and installation considerations. Implement enterprise Class Structure design and development throughout full PEGA PRPC implementation cycle
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 15+ years of professional experience in software development with significant PEGA focus
  • PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) or above certification (required)
  • PEGA 24.1 readiness certification (required)
Preferred Qualifications
  • PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
  • PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)
  • PEGA Certified DevOps Engineer
  • Additional PEGA specialized certifications
  • Advanced knowledge of PEGA Decision Management and Customer Decision Hub
  • Experience with PEGA Robotics and AI/ML capabilities
  • Advanced certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Knowledge of container orchestration beyond Kubernetes (OpenShift, etc.)
  • Experience with advanced monitoring tools (Splunk, ELK Stack, Prometheus)
Salary: $90,000-$93,000
