Major/Essential Functions

Environmental Response & Protocol Compliance (40%)

• Investigates mold-related concerns reported by students, parents, or staff.
• Coordinates response efforts with Environmental Health & Safety in accordance with university protocols.
• Supports pest control, HVAC cleaning, and general maintenance activities as needed.

• Inspects completed work from Physical Plant and contractors to verify that all work meets required scope and standards.
• Plans, schedules, and coordinates assigned facilities projects to ensure deadlines are met.
• Identifies and addresses issues related to construction, work procedures, or service delivery.

• Works closely with supervisory personnel, contractors, and university partners to ensure efficient communication, timely updates, and problem resolution across project and service areas.

Required Qualifications

High school or equivalent and five years experience. Additional job related education may substitute for required experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

Asbestos Abatement Contractor License

Pay Statement
