Requirements

Responsibilities	Participate in 10 hours of training/academic year. (Career and Self-Development) Use the Socratic Method to guide student learning. (Critical Thinking) Model good study habits on and off-duty. (Leadership) Help students with material, seeking help as needed. (Communication and Leadership) Complete all paperwork in a timely and efficient manner. (Professionalism)
Qualifications	Current USF student in good standing 3.0 Cumulative GPA Must be highly organized Good interpersonal and communication skills Letter of Recommendation from Faculty
