This team handles consolidated Enterprise expenses.
You will report to Morgan Knees, Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Position Compensation Range:

$78,000.00 - $128,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities:


  • Lead planning of complex strategic analyses for partners and divisional leadership.
  • Present analyses regularly to divisional leadership and occasionally to executive leadership.
  • Utilize advanced modeling techniques to analyze financial and growth implications.
  • Apply advanced data mining and statistical techniques to uncover data relationships for decision-making.
  • Research, design, and develop complex management reports for all levels of management.
  • Collaborate with divisional leadership to develop metrics for performance assessment and business improvement.
  • Serve as the financial expert on critical cross-functional teams, representing Finance.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements:


  • Experience in providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
  • Proficiency in financial statement and management reporting.
  • Expertise in complex financial and operational analysis.
  • Extensive knowledge of forecasting techniques, statistical analysis, data modeling, and data mining.
  • In-depth understanding of insurance accounting and operations.

In this hybrid role you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month out of either our Madison, WI or Boston, MA offices.
