Open to full-time, contract (part-time or full-time) Location: Remote (For Non-Local) or Hybrid (Local to NYC area or Denver, CO) We're looking for an experienced and driven Senior Recruiter to join our growing team and manage the hiring process. In this role, you'll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for our Clinical teams. You'll work on identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier clinical talent across various departments, including Prior Authorization, Clinical Care, Formulary Operations, etc. You'll play a crucial role in building our clinical teams, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
