The Senior Manager Project Engineering - Platform is responsible for supervising a team of Project Leaders that lead delivery of our Core Technologies through Platforms that enable our NPD teams.

You'll also be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of project leaders and engineers in a fast-paced and highly innovative environment.
• Champion Milwaukee Tool'suser-first mindset, ensuring that engineering solutions directly enhance the end-user experience.
• Foster a culture ofurgency and extreme ownership.
• Collaborate with Product, Platform, NPD, Digital, & Operational teams to ensure seamless & scalable platform integration across the business.

• Lead a team that is the key liaison between engineering and executive leadership, providing clear updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Regularly present project status, schedule updates, and financial updates to stakeholders.
• Recruit, develop, and coach team members.
• Coach team to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

• Develop resource plans. Align cross functionally to identify bottlenecks and roadblocks in project planning.
• Identify and mitigate technical and programmatic risks early and effectively.
• Develop and improve business and department processes.
• Maintain an awareness of competitive offerings and the general business climate in the power tool industry.

What TOOLS you'll bring with you:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering. Graduate studies are preferred in technical or business fields such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, or Marketing.
• Minimum 10 years engineering experience in related field.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to coach, develop, and grow your team.
• Ability to synthesize business needs with technology opportunities and lead the org to execute.
