Responsibilities: Assists in the ongoing training effort to build quality into manufacturing process. Works with internal and external customers. Sets example for peers in quality and safety. Assists in creating visual aids to help eliminate questions regarding product packaging or foam qualities. Follow Safety policies and procedures. Assists in meeting productivity standards by completint work quickly and accurately. Documents non-conforming materials and prepares data and photographs buns and fab loads (document all findings). Perform Quality Compliance audits. Support Customers Complaints investigations as needed. Collect and track Quality data from daily operations. Perform product instpections at different stages of the mfg process both dimensional using gauges and measuring instruments. Other duties as assigned. Qualifiations: Read tape measure. Carry foam weighing up to 50 pounds. Push/pull carts weighing up to 400 pounds. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Communicate orally in English and legibly and effectively in writing. Be able to multi-task, working on numerous tests at the same time to maximize output.
