VP Enrollment Management

Job Description

The Division of Enrollment Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Enrollment Management leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events and special functions
  • Communicate internally and externally on behalf of the Vice Provost and the leadership team at their request
  • Perform general support including, but not limited to compiling reports, work on special projects, and general office support duties
Shift

M-F, 8am-5pm, in-person

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Anticipated Hiring Range

$20.00-$27.00 per hour
