Description We are seeking two motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level IT Access Analysts to join the Global Access Administration team in Waukegan, IL. These roles are ideal for individuals with strong Excel skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in IT security, access management, and compliance. While prior experience in access administration is a plus, it is not required. As part of the team, you will support access control processes, assist with audit and compliance activities, and help ensure secure and appropriate access to enterprise systems and data. Key Responsibilities * Pull, organize, and analyze data to support access recertification and audit processes. * Assist with internal and external audit requests related to access controls and user permissions. * Communicate with system owners and business stakeholders to ensure timely access modifications or removals. * Use the GAA Recertification Database Tool to manage application and database recertifications. * Track and resolve access-related tickets using ServiceNow in accordance with SLAs and security policies. * Follow up with managers and users to gather required information for offboarding and access reviews. * Generate reports and summaries for management review. * Support equipment and access recovery efforts for offboarded employees. * Maintain compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting). * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. * Eagerness to learn and grow within the IT security and access management domain. * Preferred Qualifications* * 1-3 years of experience in a business or IT-related environment. * Exposure to access administration, IT support, or security operations. * Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft Access, or database tools. * Understanding of access management principles and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, segregation of duties). * Previous experience with application or database account administration is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
