Description
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future. Minimum Qualifications Juris Doctorate 0-2. Preferred candidates should have experience and familiarity working in the utility or energy industry. REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Licensed to practice law in Arkansas, or capability to become licensed in Arkansas within one (1) year of hire date. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION * JD degree from accredited US law school with excellent academic credentials. * Ability to learn the utility industry including regulatory agencies, lending institutions, transactional, and other legal disciplines. * Effective personal skills to produce good working relationships with people in many situations. * Ability to express oneself clearly both verbally and in writing. * Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. * Must possess basic working knowledge of document drafting, the legislative process, business law and administrative law. * This position may be eligible for remote work, consistent with Cooperative Teleworking Management Guidelines, but must be able to work at the Little Rock office as needed.
