Your Job

We are seeking a highly analytical and entrepreneurial Senior FP&A Analyst to join our growing Financial Planning & Analysis team supporting our $2 billion automotive division. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with a passion for data, automation, and continuous improvement to make a significant impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

  • Lead financial and data analysis to deliver actionable insights for leadership.
  • Support monthly forecasting and long-range planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to drive business performance.
  • Perform variance and trend analysis to identify key business drivers and risks.
  • Create and automate reporting tools and dashboards using Power BI/Tableau and SQL.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, commercial, and corporate teams to support decision-making.
  • Drive data automation initiatives to improve the efficiency and accuracy of reporting processes.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions that challenge the status quo and add measurable value.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of finance or other relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong proficiency with SQL, Power BI and/or Tableau, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and data automation concepts is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to transform large data sets into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to make a difference.
