Your Job We are seeking a highly analytical and entrepreneurial Senior FP&A Analyst to join our growing Financial Planning & Analysis team supporting our $2 billion automotive division. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with a passion for data, automation, and continuous improvement to make a significant impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment. What You Will Do Lead financial and data analysis to deliver actionable insights for leadership. Support monthly forecasting and long-range planning processes. Develop and maintain complex financial models to drive business performance. Perform variance and trend analysis to identify key business drivers and risks. Create and automate reporting tools and dashboards using Power BI/Tableau and SQL. Partner cross-functionally with operations, commercial, and corporate teams to support decision-making. Drive data automation initiatives to improve the efficiency and accuracy of reporting processes. Contribute ideas and solutions that challenge the status quo and add measurable value. Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of finance or other relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency with SQL, Power BI and/or Tableau, and advanced Microsoft Excel. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. Familiarity with AI tools and data automation concepts is a plus. Demonstrated ability to transform large data sets into clear, actionable insights. Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels.
