We are looking for a thoughtful, strategic marketing professional to oversee all aspects of marketing for The National Bank of Indianapolis. In this role, you will ensure our brand remains grounded in our values while evolving to stay relevant, engaging, and well-positioned for the future. Beyond leading marketing strategy, execution, and day-to-day operations, you will serve as an advisor and partner across the Bank. You will play a key role in connecting our clients, community, and values. How You'll Contribute
- Develop and implement marketing and advertising plans in partnership with senior leadership Oversee all aspects of brand management and creative development Ensure our visual identity and voice are consistently represented across every touchpoint Work across divisions and serve on internal committees to provide marketing and communication guidance for broader Bank initiatives Promote the Bank's expertise and reputation through press releases, media outreach, articles, interviews, and speaking engagements Partner on the Bank's social media presence and website, including strategy, content creation, community engagement, and compliance with policies and regulations Lead the production and distribution of marketing materials, promotional items, and signage Ensure all advertising efforts meet regulatory guidelines Manage agency and partner relationships Oversee the marketing budget, including effective planning, allocation, and tracking

What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or a combination of relevant coursework and experience Minimum of 5 years in a marketing and communications role, preferably within an agency or the financial services industry Exceptional written and verbal communication Confident and articulate in presenting to internal and external audiences
