Purpose of the Job

Please note this role will be a 2-4-month contract*

As part of our client's Marketing team, you manage requirements with internal customer and external agencies to usher projects through the entire web development project life cycle. Our marketing projects, like our users, span the globe and your job is to keep all of the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines while keeping the big picture in focus.

As an Integrated Digital Producer, you will manage and execute our client's consumer and product marketing initiatives as an integral member of the Marketing team. Your key responsibilities include launching global programs and products including brief alignment, timeline management, agency/vendor deliverables, cross-functional partnership, and ultimately, execution quality. You will also collaborate across teams to support UX/Platform strategies, go-to-market initiatives, and execution across channels and markets. As part of the Production team, you play a pivotal role in coordinating and keeping the creative, engineering and agency teams aligned and on course to execute the deliverables; seeing campaigns through from start to finish - concept, wireframes, staging to live. As part of the larger marketing operations organization, you will join a team of go-to-market product marketers, strategists, cross-channel producers, product specialists, and project managers whose mission it is to fundamentally improve life for our consumers with our product offerings. Key Responsibilities



  • Collaborate to plan projects, define milestones, and manage risks to help projects meet business objectives, deadlines and requirements.
  • Guide teams through strategy alignment, briefing, design development and execution across channels by managing tasks and coordinating work across teams.
  • Work closely with internal creative teams and agency partners to produce exceptional creative and interactive designs with a focus on quality and brand integrity.
  • Effectively prioritize workload while advocating for continuous improvements, process alignment and change adoption.


Knowledge, Skills + Experience



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5-7years of experience managing the design and creative development of a digital, e-commerce DTC platform.
  • Experience working on campaigns and projects with multiple senior/executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance working in a creative organization with a scalable and disciplined approach.
  • Demonstrated growth working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, tech work environment.
  • Familiarity with web standards, design principles, and accessibility guidelines.
  • Ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influence across all facets of a matrixed organization.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and adaptable with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
