About the Role

The Global Recruitment Advisor is responsible for coordinating and supporting all recruitment related activities globally, ensuring the Recruitment COE can run smoothly, including overseeing of the hiring strategy, coordinating job postings, screening candidates and scheduling interviews to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.

What You'll Do

* Early Careers Event Planning: Planning early careers events e.g. date scheduling, sending invitations & booking rooms

and coordination of assessors. The Global Recruitment Advisor will provide guidance/knowledge sharing and also support

with expense/claim management.

* Recruitment Coordination: Manage logistics for candidate interviews between candidates & hiring managers, across

different time zones including sending interview invitations & room bookings, expense/claim management, and referral

administration.

* Recruitment Queries: Responding to queries from candidates and hiring managers regarding the recruitment process,

which require specialist advice.

* Communication & Co-ordination of Stakeholders: Working closely with recruitment teams, hiring managers and external

agencies to meet staffing needs ensuring a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the process.

* Onboarding Support: Assisting in the global onboarding process for new hire, including visa support, relocation assistance

and cross-cultural integration.

* Visa & Right to Work (RTW) Governance: Ensuring compliance by overseeing & coordinating RTW checks and visa

management. Overseeing system automated notifications/reminders relating to RTW expiry and ensuring timely updates

from colleagues and managers.

* Perform any activities not listed above as assigned by line manager

* Sound knowledge of HR operations - desired

What You'll Need

* Degree in Human Resources or related field, or relevant Human Resources certification (desired); Or

* Evidence of experience in HR, ideally in an HR Operations environment with a focus on employee lifecycle management - desired.

* Role can be based in UK or US but will develop to support customers globally over time. Occasional travel to UK/US may be required for training/team/project activities on an exceptional basis.

More Information

Annual Salary

Syracuse and surrounding area: $60,000-$70,000

Waltham and surrounding area: $63,000-$74,000

Brooklyn and surrounding area: $68,000-$80,000

Salary commensurate with experience and location.

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
