Essential Function - Roles/Responsibilities Responsibilities: Local HR partner for execution of People Strategies to include: hourly talent acquisition, employee relations activities, retention analysis & action planning, HR Administration for On and Off boarding, payroll, timekeeping and compliance. benefit and policy questions.. Administers companywide HR initiatives. Coach and influences leaders and associates. Conducts employee investigations.
