Position Summary
The Supervisor, Financial Planning & Analysis assists with the development and enhances Financial Planning and Analysis area in support of VMG's financial operations. Oversees the financial analysts and the annual operational and multi-year capital budgets to ensure financial alignment with the overall strategy. Serves as VMG's financial liaison to operational leaders, ensuring alignment between financial goals and operational strategies. Leads business case development effort as well as template deployment and socialization amongst various stakeholders. Education Minimum of bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business. MBA or MS in Accounting or Finance is preferred. Experience Minimum of 7 years of FPA experience, 2 years in healthcare is preferred. Skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
