Collaborate with Business Units, Production Operations, and Health, Environment, and Safety teams to establish, document, implement, and enforce the electrical safety principles and practices required by the Oxy Onshore Resources and Carbon Management (ORCM) Electrical Safety Standard (ESS). This position will be responsible for training and qualifying Oxy Employees and Leased Workers to work safely in an environment influenced by the presence of electrical energy. This position will also provide guidance on the continuous improvement of these safety programs with the focus on worker safety and system reliability.
