The Production Lead is responsible for performing all the duties of the assigned production area plus directing and coordinating activities of others within the area. Position is a "hands on" part of the team, occupying a direct labor position while assisting in the coordination of work flow, troubleshooting with operators and leading by example. Position coordinates area activities in the absence of the Supervisor. Essential Functions

Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to: * Marked changes in temperature and humidity * Dust, fumes and/or airborne particles * Moving mechanical parts and vibration The noise level in the work environment can be loud. Be aware that in this position you will be working with powdered colorants and more times than not, you will be grimy and dirty at the end of the day.
