NV5 is seeking a PFAS Regional Manager to assist in growing its national PFAS practice. Initially, we are focused on growing our Midwest and East Coast PFAS practices. This key hire will serve a crucial role in expanding the PFAS market reach by harnessing existing NV5 clients and technical staff and driving business growth by identifying new PFAS project opportunities and developing pursuit plans.



Responsibilities

    Develop and implement strategic plans for PFAS service offerings to public and private clients.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and PFAS Projects and provide technical guidance.
  • Partner with regional teams to ensure proper resource allocation and execution of PFAS strategies.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new PFAS project opportunities and developing pursuit plans.
  • Foster client relationships, deliver technical presentations, and promote PFAS expertise at industry events.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and meet key financial goals, including revenue, margin, and backlog targets.
  • Collaborate with national and international teams in Europe, the UK, Asia, Middle East and Canada on PFAS projects and best practices.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Sciences, or Chemistry.
  • A graduate degree is a plus
  • 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting and project management.
  • 5+ years of project and business development experience in the PFAS field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for client meetings and conferences

The pay range for this position in California is $190,000 to $220,000 per year. Base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
