  • Building and maintaining project artifacts including charters, timelines, risk logs, stakeholder matrices, and success metrics
  • Facilitating stakeholder alignment and communication across diverse audiences including Enablement leaders, Sales teams, and technical stakeholders
  • Partnering with the Senior Manager, Field Enablement PMO to refine and scale project management frameworks, tools, and governance practices
  • Proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and decision points and facilitating resolution to keep initiatives on track
  • Participating in cross-team planning sessions, business reviews, and operational rhythms as a representative of the Field Enablement PMO
  • Supporting change management and organizational readiness efforts related to project delivery
  • Contributing to a culture of operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the broader Enablement team

What you'll bring to the role & the experience we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in an enablement role owning and managing cross-functional programs or strategic projects that directly support field teams
  • PMP or comparable project management certification is required
  • Strong project planning skills with a track record of delivering initiatives on time, on budget, and with measurable impact
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods, with the judgment to apply the right tool for the task
  • Experience working within or alongside a PMO or Program Management function
  • Proficiency in project management platforms such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail combined with the ability to see the big picture and drive alignment
