SUMMARY

This is an opportunity to join a growing, dynamic and responsible company that fosters the development of our employees. We are seeking a Key Account Specialist. Position is largely remote work-from-home and can be based anywhere for the right profile.
This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations for one or more "key" National Accounts, and manages full lifecycle from initiation of the account through invoicing and closure. This requires working with various stakeholders including customers, subcontractors, field operations and internal service ops teams to move the business through the ERP system, and provide an enhanced customer experience leading to customer satisfaction and success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • All team members must embody the company mission to provide protection for
  • people, property, and the environment in all aspects of their job.
  • Take Emergency Service Call Requests via Phone, Email, Text, IM or Portal.
  • Create Quote (procedural), Sales Orders, Field Orders.
  • Communicate Emergency Service needs to Service Coordinator.
  • Respond to all Customer inquiries via their preferred method.
  • Customer portal data entry, management, and reporting.
  • Ensure Customer portal and ORR ERP alignment.
  • Meet customer targets/SLA's.
  • Subcontractor Purchase Order creation and management as required.
  • Assist Operations and Accounting Teams as required to resolve issues related to Customer or Subcontractor Invoices.
  • Assist in dispatch as needed.
  • Complete or assist in customer specific administrative support.
  • Enter information and documents into customer portal as required.
  • Participate in customer sponsored events.
  • Assist Operations Account Team with preparation of Customer reports, scorecard, and other deliverables.
  • Other duties as assigned.


MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • 2 Years experience in General Business Administration or similar background.
  • Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office products - intermediate Excel skills

  • Ability to comprehend basic financial and accounting concepts and calculations
  • Understanding of spreadsheets and basic filters, formulas and functions.
  • Determined problem solver and facilitator
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to all levels of an organization
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Ability to organize multiple concurrent tasks/projects.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Work Environment/Physical Demands
  • Overnight travel is not common but may be required from time to time.
