Overview

Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a J56 BSA Cross-Domain Integration to support cutting-edge research, development, and technical analysis efforts for US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM)/J56 and the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Enterprise Center (NEC). This role involves advancing mission planning and execution capabilities for strategic deterrence through systems engineering, Agile/DevOps practices, and continuous integration/delivery methodologies. Contractors will be engaged in evaluating and enhancing the survivability, interoperability, and reliability of strategic weapon systems while contributing to planning documents, test and evaluation strategies, and rapid technology fielding efforts. This is a unique opportunity to work on mission-critical NC3 software and systems that shape national defense strategies, collaborating with diverse DoD and government partners to drive innovation and operational excellence in support of the strategic enterprise.

This is a full-time position located on-site at Offutt, Nebraska.



Responsibilities

    Lead cross-domain business systems analysis activities for the J56 initiative, driving integration across multiple functional and technical domains

  • Facilitate end-to-end requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders from diverse business areas to align on integrated solutions

  • Develop and maintain detailed process flows and data mappings to ensure seamless interoperability between legacy and modern systems

  • Coordinate with architects and developers to design robust interface solutions, data exchange protocols, and API integrations

  • Champion data integrity and consistency across domains by defining governance standards and validation procedures

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and impact analysis when cross-domain changes affect dependent systems

  • Deliver integration testing plans and oversee cross-domain UAT cycles to validate holistic solution performance and mitigate downstream risks



Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS w/SCI eligibility

Education: Bachelor's degree
Years of Experience: Minimum 12 years relevant experience to include:

  • Minimum of 5 years supporting the DoD

On-site: Duties for this position are performed on-site, full-time
Travel: Travel up to 10%
