We are currently seeking a Financial Systems Analyst for a full time direct hire role at our corporate headquarters in Hollywood, FL.

ROLE: The Financial Systems Analyst will have the opportunity to grow and contribute to an ongoing financial consolidations project, including learning industry-standard planning and forecasting tools. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in Excel and Database management, along with an understanding of financial statements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.




  • Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting, including the use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
  • Manage and maintain financial databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Analyze financial statements and systems, providing insights into financial performance and recommending system enhancements.
  • Apply critical thinking skills to identify issues and develop innovative solutions within the financial systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely financial information.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and performance within financial systems and processes.

Requirements

EDUCATION



  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from an accredited college or university required and/or an equivalent combination of education, technical certificates, and experience preferred.


EXPERIENCE



  • A maximum of 5 years of experience post-college.
  • Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Domo are preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT and advanced prompting to create documents or GitHub copilot to create code are preferred but not required.
  • Passion for data and interest in AI.



SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE OR ABILITIES



  • Must be proficient in Excel and have database skills.
  • Must have the ability to work independently with minimal instructions and guidance.
