Your Impact
You will join the IT team based in our Washington, DC office as part of the Secure Foundations function within the Tech Ecosystem. This team manages and supports a regulatory data compliance cloud environment for specific high-risk data and client engagements. You will collaborate closely with various teams across the Tech Ecosystem, as well as non-technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party IT vendors.
In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the IT experience for McKinsey colleagues by driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and ensuring seamless technology integration. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and security of IT operations.
Additionally, your proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization will help create a more streamlined and user-focused support environment. As a trusted partner to both new hires and existing team members, you will play a pivotal role in building a collaborative, technology-enabled workplace.

Your qualifications and skills
  • University degree or equivalent technical or military experience
  • US citizenship is mandatory
  • 5+ years of IT Operations experience
  • Familiarity with common regulatory data compliance frameworks (NIST / CMMC)
  • Proficient in key technologies and competencies, including Microsoft Azure Cloud, Azure Active Directory, O365, Windows operating systems, mobile device management (iOS), Box administration, and end-user support

is $127,400 - $130,700 USD -to help you understand what you can expect. This reflects our best estimate of the lowest to highest

to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current

and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
