Documentation Coordinator (Remote)

• Manage incoming documents and field correspondence, ensuring proper scanning, linking, and handling within the Inside Sales Department.
• Process training records and provide feedback to management as needed; assist with additional duties and projects.
• Associate degree is preferred, with strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred experience includes Salesforce CRM and supporting patients with diabetes.
• Must be a team player with a proactive attitude, customer service focus, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
