JOB DESCRIPTION:

Input, handle, coordinate Used sales documentation and process.
Coordinate used sales via interaction with Service department, Sales representatives, and COTI tools
Assist the Sales team in providing solutions from the Used and Rental fleets.
Process lien searched on used trades & purchases and manage lien search process.
Handle internal/external customer communication directly

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

2-3 years' experience in the equipment industry.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
Strong time management skills, ability to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and other related software.
