Overview:

We are looking for an Principal Enterprise Architect - AI to join our team!

The Principal Enterprise Architect plays a critical role in aligning the organization's IT strategy with its business goals. This position is responsible for developing high-level architectural frameworks to improve business operations, enable technology innovation, and increase operational efficiency. The role focuses on identifying and mapping key interactions between systems, platforms, applications, data, and infrastructure components to support scalable and sustainable enterprise solutions.

As a recognized expert in the field, the Principal Enterprise Architect will lead strategic initiatives, influence enterprise-wide technology direction, and support executive leadership in making informed investment decisions. This position is essential to the organization's focus on emerging technologies, including the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), to create a cohesive, future-ready technology model.

Education

Bachelor's Degree + 8 years of relevant experience
OR
10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

Certification/Licensure

No specific certification or licensure requirements

Experience Requirements
  • 8+ years (with degree) or 10+ years (without degree) of progressive experience in enterprise architecture or IT strategy roles

  • Proven experience developing and implementing enterprise-level architecture frameworks and roadmaps

  • Deep understanding of IT systems, applications, data structures, and infrastructure, including end-to-end system mapping

  • Strong background in evaluating total cost of ownership and return on investment for architecture alternatives

  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to executive leadership and influencing cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications (optional)
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level AI/ML initiatives

  • Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)

  • Background in healthcare or large-scale enterprise environments

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$106,080.00-$176,820.80. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
