*Contract Only - End date approximately early Feb 2026 (potential to be hired on perm based on performance and business need)* *MUST LIVE IN WA, ID, OR, or UT to be considered* *Professional Summary* We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to support open enrollment activities for a leading healthcare services provider. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. The successful candidate will handle incoming inquiries related to benefits plans and application statuses, perform data entry, and support administrative tasks during the peak enrollment season. *Key Responsibilities* * Handle a high volume of inbound calls (30-40 per day) from new and existing members regarding open enrollment and benefits plan inquiries. * Provide accurate and timely updates on application statuses and enrollment processes. * Perform data entry of call information and maintain accurate records in internal systems. * Prepare and send electronic mailings to external customers as part of the enrollment process. * Cross-train and assist with phone coverage in other departments as needed. * Operate standard office equipment including computers, copiers, and fax machines. * Work overtime and weekends during peak periods, especially October through December. * Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor on all calls, ensuring a positive customer experience. * Support additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned. *Qualifications* * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Minimum 1-2 years of call center experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance. * Experience with open enrollment or insurance member services is highly preferred. * Proficient in data entry (30 WPM with 95% accuracy) and 10-key operations. * Strong multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. * Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to open, sort, and filter spreadsheets. * Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills. * Ability to work independently in a quiet, interruption-free home office environment. * Must be dependable, flexible, and available to work during the holiday season with minimal time off. #westpriority25 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
