Position Overview The Customer Service Representative role involves managing inbound customer inquiries, maintaining accurate account records, and providing high-quality service over phone, email, and mail correspondence. Successful candidates will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude. *Key Responsibilities:* * Answer incoming phone calls from existing customers regarding account details * Provide account-related information to potential customers * Take new applications and process payments over the phone * Document customer concerns and resolve issues * Update and modify account holder details * Perform basic data entry and manage follow-up via mail and email * Handle account maintenance tasks, including adjustments and statement requests * Clearly explain account terms, conditions, policies, and procedures * Prepare reports such as CSR Daily Activity Report and Cash-Out Report * Proactively address customer requests and deliver consistent support * Work daytime shifts from Monday to Friday Skills & Qualifications *Core Skills:* * Call Center operations * Customer service and support * Strong communication abilities * Microsoft Office proficiency * Accurate data entry *Top Skills Details:* * Customer service orientation * Microsoft Office competency * Reliability and attention to detail *Must-Haves:* * Proficiency in data entry and computer literacy * Positive and professional demeanor * Customer service experience (Call Center preferred, but not required) * Strong attendance record * Reliable transportation or access to public transit * High School Diploma or GED (proof required for onboarding) Experience Level Entry Level - suitable for candidates looking to start or grow in customer service and support *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
