FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES AVAILABLE: Full-time

Full-time (40hr) flexible weekday schedule with 1 required night until 8pm

As a Bilingual Customer Service Collection Representative, you will be responsible for establishing account resolution, obtaining confidential financial information, and analyzing credit bureaus. To succeed, you must thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, deadline-oriented environment. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work to reach a resolution on accounts placed with our office
  • Promote and suggest urgent resolution of account(s) with consumer or authorized representative
  • Accurately assess consumer accounts to ensure appropriate actions are taken
  • Attempt to secure paymentsfor account resolution
  • Follow up with consumers who have indicated an interest in resolution
  • Adhere to call flow expectations of department
  • Work and maintain individual work lists (Queues)
  • Make all necessary updates in the collection system
  • Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to debt collection

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish speaking)
  • Must be atleast 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Read, write, and speak Spanish & English fluently
  • 9+ months of work history (customer service experience preferred)
  • Computer and typing skills required
  • Self-starter with great attention to detail
  • Powerful communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to do multiple tasks simultaneously and continually meet objectives
  • Strong work ethic demonstrated through attendance, individual and team goals
  • A competitive spirit, an unrelenting drive to be the best
  • Ability to learn new information and integrate processes
  • Meet productivity and call quality standards as set by the company

Additional Information:

  • Compensation:$15.00 - $16.00 + per hour plus commissions.
  • This position pays a base wage + commission. Commissions can pay anywhere from $300.00 to $600.00 per month, if you meet your individual and department goals.
