This role is for a contractor in Brazil to work on supply chain technology implementation projects. This contract position serves as primary point of contact for client throughout the implementation of product. Provides services in connection with system configuration, testing, training, and issues resolution. Analyzes and resolves issues that arise throughout the implementation and works with internal support team analysts to resolve technical issues.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Four-year bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field
  • 2+ years of experience working in a client/customer facing role within a supply chain or software organization
  • 2+ years of experience with database troubleshooting (SQL)
  • 2+ year of experience deploying software
  • Up to 50% travel required.
