Federal Work Study (On-Campus - Internal Audit Intern)

ECU's Office of Internal Audit and Management Advisory Services is currently seeking an Internal Audit Intern. The Internal Audit intern will function as a first-year entry-level staff auditor. The intern will be assigned audit projects which he/she will complete under the supervision of an auditor or audit supervisor.

Assignments may include financial, operational, or compliance audits, sample testing, data analytics, documenting audit steps and results, and communicating orally and in writing with employees in various departments on campus.

Applicants must be willing to work hard, think independently, and act professionally at all times. The student hired for this position will begin work with the start of the Fall 2025 semester.
