This is a results driven position focused on initiatives to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, productivity, and cost savings. The employee supports both centralized businesses and field operations to be more efficient by developing/leading projects and improving processes by identifying and implementing new applications, system enhancements/hard stops/changes, Data analytics, workflow modifications, etc. The employee also supports various businesses to improve patient retention, patient experience/outcome, and patient Lifetime value. The employee is also
responsible for leading companywide operational projects to improve efficiencies relating to logistics, distribution, patient deliveries, etc. JOB FUNCTIONS * Defines, identifies, and implements multiple projects focused on improving patient retention and centralized sales activity * Establishes and progressively improves patient lifetime value to support overall revenue growth * Supports cross-selling activities to improve revenue per patient * Identifies, leads, and executes projects relating to process efficiency, remote patient engagement/management, and compliance improvements * Develops and executes projects relating to companywide system implementation, operational efficiency improvements, distribution/asset management, etc. * Performs ROI and Cost/Benefit analysis of new opportunities and present findings * Develops and follows through on special projects designed to achieve cost savings per budget/plan * Participates in the implementation of resulting programs or procedural changes * Identifies issues as they arise, facilitates resolution of issues, and escalates to relevance as needed * Monitors projects against implementation schedules |
